#2 – Joining in our Pasta Classes with Italian Chef Gabriele
Immerse yourself in the flavors of Italy with our hands-on pasta classes in Tobago. Led by our talented Italian Chef Gabriele, this class offers a fun, intimate and interactive way to learn the secrets of making perfect pasta from scratch and is fit for a maximum of 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cost is TTD $350 per person, TTD $175 for each child 5-12 years old.
Our setup allows you to learn closely from the chef and makes for a great friendship date, romantic date or a fun family-friendly activity to experience in Tobago. From rolling the dough to cutting by machine and hand, you’ll master techniques that you can recreate at home.
After the class, enjoy a sumptuous meal featuring the pasta you’ve made and adults can even add on a wine to make a fine pairing, taking the flavours of your lunch up ten notches!

#3 – Visiting the Museum Space | Tour only or with Lecture, Coffee, and Dessert
Above our restaurant, you’ll find a charming museum space that doubles as an information hub for tourists and even locals wishing to discover the hidden gems of the land. To enter this space, receive a tour, learn about Tobago’s heritage and history and discover historically rich and picturesque places on the island, try our Tier 1 package at TTD $75 per person.
This summer, we’re offering lecturers too! So you’ll know the answer to interesting facts like… Why rum shops liked cannons and cannonballs in the 1800s or how much wealth Tobago made from the Indigo factories during colonial times. (Do you know? Comment below!)
With our Tier 2 package of TTD $225 per person you can relax with a cup of Italian brewed coffee and a delicious dessert while Chef Gabriele – who doubles as the Director of the Tobago Heritage Conservation Society gives you a historical/heritage lecture. Now that’s an effective way of digesting information plus a yummy treat at the same time!
For those with less of a sweet tooth, you can select an aperitif with small bites instead.
