A hearty ruby red, the Toscana Tignanello 2020 is bold and structured, soft and dense with dark cherries, green and black pepper with a hint of hibiscus. Decanted you get notes of plum, fig, and chocolate mousse. Long and harmonious, on the palate the wine is rich and vibrant with silky tannins. Pairs great with grilled steak, roast beef, rack of lamb, lamb shank, osso bucco and sharp cheddar.

Barolo 2017, Scanavino
Borgogno is considered a Dynasty of Barolo. The nose is unique. It has a heady cherry compote bouquet. Peppery tones add spice and complexity. Taut linear palate assertive tannins support dried black cherry and spiced cranberry. Broad concentrate palate. New leather and tobacco waft out of the glass. Cutting, polished and very flavourful, complexity to the suave finish. Rose petals after taste goes for a long finish. Made with Nebbiolo grapes for excellent quality, this dry red piedmont pairs well with beef, pasta, lamb and game cuisine.
