Deep and dense, with shining purple reflexes, the Toscana Olmaia 1998, Tenuta Col D’Orcia is blended with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It reveals notes of blackberries, raspberries, blueberry, and black licorice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a perfect balance between fruitiness and tannins. Toscana Olmaia 1998 is a perfect accompaniment to red meats, game and mature cheeses.

A triumph for the vintage, a wonderful Cabernet Sauvignon featuring a dark ruby color. The Toscana Maestro Raro 1995 has fabulous aromas of crushed berries and flowers. Full-bodied, with wonderfully polished tannins and a finish that goes on and on.  550 cases made. 92 point rating.

With a bright ruby-garnet color, the Bolgheri Sassicaia 1996 is a blend of Cabernet Franc – Cabernet Sauvignon and is well-structured with plenty of blackberry and dried herb character.  The intense blackberry and cassis aromas, offset by notes of smoke and spice, are confirmed on a palate of lush concentration underscored by firm, ripe tannins carrying into a long, elegant finish. Pairs well with beef and venison.

A pretty Sassicaia, bold and structured the Bolgheri Sassicaia 1999 has complex aromas of minerals, berries, tobacco and shells. Blended with a combination of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Full-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and a succulent, refined aftertaste, this wine pairs well with beef and venison. 92 point rating.
