With 100% Primitivo grapes harvested by hand, this Rose’ Doppio Passo features a deep ruby red colour tending toward amber with aging. In the mouth, it is fresh, varietal aromas that become more complex with time. Tastes of blackberry, cherries ripe fruits in general. Interesting structure. Good balance between soft tannins and acidity. It is an excellent choice as an aperitif and pairs well with rice, pasta salads, appetizers and vegetable cuisine.
