Featuring a lively, bright straw yellow colour with slight green reflections, the Fratelli Lunelli Ferrari Brut is clean and balanced in taste, with a slight and pleasant finish of ripe fruit and a hint of bread crust. On the nose, fresh and lasting, with significant overtones of ripe golden apples, wildflowers and a subtle and delicate fragrance of yeast. Harmonious and well-balanced and produces a fine and persistent perlage. It is an excellent choice as an aperitif or to accompany lighter dishes.
