The Gaja Langhe Sperss 1997 is expertly blended from the Nebbiolo grape to provide an earthy and fruity aroma. Featuring expressions of cherry, plum, licorice and spice flavors, the Barbaresco 2017 is a fine balanced, supple red which firms up midpalate through to the finish and provides a dusty tannin. Cutting, polished and very flavourful, complexity to the suave finish. Rose petals after taste goes for a long finish.
