Young fresh wine principally produced from Grecanico grapes gains personality and style with the addition of some international varieties of grapes. 50% Grecanico 30% Chardonnay 10% Viognier 10% Fiano Straw with light greenish accents, the Planeta Segreta Bianco Sicily has a lively, aromatic bouquet combining mineral scents with classic aromas of green citrus fruit, lime, peach and white melon. Fresh, supple and round on the palate, with good balance between fruit flavors and crisp acidity, this white wine is ideal as an aperitif or as a pairing with salad, pasta and seafood dishes.
